Refund policy
LATE DELIVERY AND DENUNCIATION
Exceeding the delivery date cannot be held against ATELIER DUNE, nor can it give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. After a period of one month from the date of order, and at the customer's request (via the contact e-mail address), ATELIER DUNE will refund the undelivered goods and delivery charges by cheque or bank transfer.
Packages are delivered by La Poste or an express carrier to the address indicated on the order. As such, ATELIER DUNE cannot guarantee a precise delivery time. The transfer of risk occurs at the time of delivery.
Any denunciation not made according to the rules defined above and within the allotted time cannot be taken into account and will release ATELIER DUNE from any responsibility towards the customer.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In the event of apparent defects (damaged parcel, missing product, open parcel, etc.), non-conformity or error of the products in relation to the information given on the order form, the customer must submit a claim, enclosing all irrefutable proof of good faith (testimonials, photos, etc.), to ATELIER DUNE at the contact e-mail address within three (3) days of delivery.
ATELIER DUNE reserves the right to refuse a request depending on the quality of the elements received. If it is proven that the error originates exclusively fromAtelier DUNE, the brand undertakes to exchange the products within the limits of available stocks, and will bear the cost of return delivery.
If the product is no longer available, the customer will receive an equivalent product or a refund.
RETURN POLICY
Le remboursement, total ou partiel, s’effectuera dans les meilleurs délais et au maximum dans les 30 jours ouvrés suivant la réception par ATELIER DUNE du retour des marchandises. Le remboursement s’effectue sur le compte associé à la carte bancaire utilisée lors du paiement ou sur le compte Paypal ayant servi au paiement.
Les produits retournés endommagés, incomplets, salis ou sans l’emballage d’origine ne seront ni repris, ni échangés, ni remboursés.
Au-delà du délai de 14 jours ouvrés à compter de la livraison, les marchandises ne seront ni reprises, ni remboursées.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY AND REFUND
In the event of unavailability of an ordered product, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
The customer will have the option of cancelling his order and will thus have the choice between reimbursing the sums paid by him within 30 days at the latest of their payment, or exchanging the product for an equivalent one.
